FISH AND WATERFOWL ADVENTURE Monday Day 1: Whether you choose to arrive a couple of days early and visit Anchorage or are just landing, you will board your Air Transfer for the short 30 minute flight to the Kenai Peninsula. Upon your arrival you will be greeted and transported to the lodge. Settle in before the fire with a cocktail while awaiting your 4 course dinner and get ready for the following days hunt. Tuesday Day 2: You head out after a hearty breakfast to make sure you are set up before the sun rises. After a full morning of hunting you will sit down to lunch and maybe have time for a few leisure activities before heading out again for your afternoon hunt. Return to the lodge where our chef will again prepare you a mouthwatering dinner.Wednesday Day 3: Today we hit the rivers for your choice of Rainbow Trout or Acrobatic Coho Salmon. Your timing will have some impact of which will be the better choice for optimum success. Please indicate to your reservationist if you prefer your fly rod or if spinning is your thing.Thursday Day 4: Grab your shotgun and camo, you are headed back out with your expert guides to bag another limit of birds. Location will be determined on an individual basis as well as species. As always, you will not go hungry. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served up to suite even the most ravenous hunter.Friday Day 5: On the River again for some more world class fishing action. Again you will have the choice, depending on date, whether you want to try for Rainbows or Cohos. Either way your day is sure to be filled with unsurpassed fishing action.Saturday Day 6: This will be your third day of bird hunting. Once again you will head out with your guides to your predetermined hunting grounds. After yet another full day of hunting, relax on your last night at Alaska Legends Adventure Resort and share your memories with fellow hunters and guests over cocktails while another delectable dinner is prepared.Sunday Day 7: Sleep in today, no early departures needed to make it on the river. Breakfast is served and then you will be on your way to the airstrip for your flight home by 10:00am. |
