Trail Rides
High country
riding, a thrilling trail, spectacular views and
guided horseback rides on
Alaska's beautiful Kenai Peninsula. This all day horseback ride
and fishing trip is for adventurous seasoned riders, as well as
novice and beginning riders. Horseback fishing adventures for a
variety of species, during this trip you will fish for Artic
Grayling and Dolly Varden Trout. You will by horse in
to the
Kenai Mountains through a forested valley and along a pristine
mountain stream, arriving at a campsite by spectacular mountain
lake. An all day adventure! You may even see a moose or two,
Black Bears, Mt. Goats and Dall Sheep
on the nearby rocky mountain face, you may even see our national
bird - the Bald Eagle. All gear and lunch is provided, along
with a float tube so you can try your hand at fly or spin
fishing
Trail rides are also available a short distance from the lodge, here you will be riding through the Kenai wildlife refuge. You'll observe eagles, grazing moose, and other forest animals.
Beach Rides
We can also
arrange for a ride on the beach if you would like.
