Chef
As executive chef, Chef Mike preserves
a tradition of fine dining. His menus feature native products
in innovative and creative combinations, providing an exciting
contrast for guests. Chef Mike, who is an avid hunter, loves
to highlight wild game and says Legends would not be complete
without a hearty supply of its namesake King Salmon, halibut and
Alaska King Crab.
